The BIPV high-temperature color coating series is a ceramic material specially developed and designed by Chenguang (Changzhou) New Material Technology Co., Ltd. for glass substrates. It combines color and transparency, with excellent construction properties, extremely high mechanical strength, and stable chemical weather resistance. It has been commercially applied in photovoltaic glass, architectural glass, decorative glass, and other fields. This product is based on an inorganic binder (glass powder), inorganic pigments (titanium dioxide), and water-based resin technology, using water-based solvents as the dispersing medium. By employing dispersion encapsulation technology, it can construct a dense glass-pigment coating on the surface of glass.
The recommended coating method for this product is screen printing. After completing the BIPV ink coating process, the corresponding glass needs to be heat-treated to dry the coating on the glass surface, followed by high-temperature tempering to achieve the final performance of the BIPV ink. The recommended tempering temperature should be above 700°C (high-temperature zone), and the tempering time depends on the thickness of the substrate glass. Conventional flat glass thermal tempering processes can meet the heat treatment requirements of BIPV ink.
Additionally, Chenguang provides customized ink color services to meet various color needs of customers.
