CG-108H Double-layer High Transparency and Anti-reflection Coating Fluid
CG-108H is a reflection-reducing coating material specially designed for glass substrate by Chenguang (Changzhou) New Material Technology Co., Ltd. which can effectively improve the transmittance of glass and has been commercially applied in the field of photovoltaic glass.
This product is based on silica sol-gel technology, with isopropanol/ethanol as the dispersing medium, it can build a double-layer porous silica film layer on the glass surface, and through adjusting the refractive coefficient of the film layer, the bottom layer and the surface layer are cleverly coordinated to achieve the light transmittance enhancement. Based on the independent pore structure, CG-108H has both high transmittance and excellent durability, and is able to maintain its optical performance under severe environmental conditions.
Roller coating, dip coating, and slit coating are recommended for the application of this product. After the first layer is coated, the second layer is coated after normal curing, and the coated glass is heat-treated at high temperatures to achieve the final performance, which is recommended to be above 550℃. In view of the fact that the location of the lowest reflectance wavelength varies depending on the field of application of the coated glass, CG-108H can be adjusted to meet the needs of each field by adjusting the thickness of the coating, with a typical coating thickness in the range of 190-210nm.
The heat treatment process of CG-108H coated glass matches the thermal tempering process of flat glass, and no process adjustment is required. In addition, Chen Guang can provide customers with detailed application technology packages containing different processes.
