CG-105 is a reflection-reducing coating material specially designed for glass substrates by Chenguang (Changzhou) New Material Technology Co. This product is applicable to different types and materials of glass, such as float glass, embossed glass, soda-lime glass, high alumina glass, etc. It has been commercially applied in the field of photovoltaic glass. CG-105 is based on the sol-gel technology of silica, using isopropanol as the dispersing medium, constructing a porous silica film layer on the surface of the glass, and realising the light transmittance by adjusting the refractive coefficient of the film layer; based on the independent pore structure, CG-105 has excellent durability, and is able to maintain its own optical performance under the harsh environmental conditions; based on Chenguang's patented Sol-StabTM technology, CG-105 can still maintain high stability without the use of strong acids. At the same time, after the special formula design, the coating area per unit quality is obviously increased, which significantly enhances the competitiveness of the product. The coating methods of this product include roller coating, dip coating, spraying, etc. It is also suitable for single-sided or double-sided coating. This product is based on the compounding process of inorganic connecting material (glass powder), inorganic colouring material (titanium dioxide) and aqueous resin, with aqueous solvent as the dispersing medium, and adopting dispersing and wrapping technology, it can build a dense glass-titanium dioxide coating on the surface of the glass; the solid content, viscosity, fineness and other indicators of the product can be customized according to the customer's needs, and in addition, it adopts the relatively environmentally friendly formulation system, and it has already passed the certification of ReaCH and RoHS. This product is based on inorganic connecting material (glass powder), inorganic pigment (copper chrome black, etc.), as well as water-based resin compounding process, with aqueous solvent as the dispersion medium, the use of dispersion wrapping technology, can be constructed on the surface of the glass dense glass-colouring material glaze layer; the product's solid content, viscosity, fineness, and other indicators can be customized according to customer needs, in addition to the product adopts relatively environmentally friendly formula system, has passed the RoHS certification. The product has passed RoHS and other certificates. The preferred coating method for this product is screen printing process, also suitable for roller coating, spraying and other processes.
