CG-203 Highly reflective film material
CG-203 is a reflection-enhancing ceramic material developed and designed by Chenguang (Changzhou) New Material Technology Co., Ltd. especially for glass substrate, which has excellent reflection-enhancing effect, excellent construction workmanship, very high mechanical strength, stable chemical weathering, and has been commercially applied in the fields of photovoltaic glass, architectural glass, and decorative glass.
This product is based on the compounding process of inorganic connecting material (glass powder), inorganic colouring material (titanium dioxide) and aqueous resin, with aqueous solvent as the dispersing medium, and adopting dispersing and wrapping technology, it can build a dense glass-titanium dioxide coating on the surface of the glass; the solid content, viscosity, fineness and other indicators of the product can be customized according to the customer's needs, and in addition, it adopts the relatively environmentally friendly formulation system, and it has already passed the certification of ReaCH and RoHS. RoHS certification.
The preferred coating method for this product is screen printing process, also suitable for roller coating, spraying and other processes. After the coating process of CG-203 ink is completed, the corresponding glass needs to be heat-treated to make the coating surface of the glass surface surface dry, and then go through high temperature toughening treatment to achieve the final performance of CG-203 ink. It is recommended that the tempering temperature should be above 715℃ (high temperature zone), and the tempering time should be 100-110s; the conventional thermal tempering process of flat glass can meet the heat treatment requirements of CG-203.
CG-203 ink has an excellent construction process window, and the reflectivity of the coated glass can be changed by adjusting the coating thickness. The required reflectivity will vary depending on the application area. Typical coating wet film thickness is in the range of 18-25um.
